Derrian Spencer is a 17-year-old who attends Leominster High School (LHS). He is a senior and has been enjoying school so far. He has also joined a journalism class taught by Ms. Duffy.

He wants to be a journalist because he wants to be able to know the truth behind something that might not be what it seems or doesn’t seem to be right. He wants to be there at the scene of the crime and list every detail of what someone said or what someone did. He also felt a big inspiration to be one by watching reporters and photographers doing their jobs.
