From the glittery runway to the voluminous blowouts, the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show has iconic written all over it. 

Victoria’s Secret made their comeback fashion show in 2024 after taking a break for about 5 years.  Fans were extremely excited to see their favorite angels rock the runway again. 

Last year’s show included Adriana Lima, arguably the biggest face of Victoria’s Secret in the 2000s, who is also confirmed to walk in this year’s fashion show on October 15th. 

Lima, being an enormous asset to the brand, was styled in a trendy slick-back ponytail instead of the classic blowout, which caused controversy and backlash online.

Fans claimed it was an insult to the integrity of the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show they knew and loved, but fans will be happy to know that the official Victoria’s Secret account posted a TikTok claiming they “solemnly swear to not slick back the hair.” 

Victoria’s Secret Fashion Shows are also known to have live performances from some of the biggest global superstars of that time. 

Previous shows have included performances from Harry Styles, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Ariana Grande, The Weekend, Justin Bieber, Shawn Mendes, Fallout Boy, and many more.

This year, performances from Madison Beer, TWICE, Karol G, and Missy Eliot are already confirmed. 

Another exciting addition to this year’s show is the introduction of Victoria’s Secret’s first professional athlete walking the runway, Angel Reese, a WNBA player for the Chicago Sky. 

Other models returning to the runway include Candice Swanepoel, Gigi Hadid, Ashley Graham, Barbara Palvin, Alex Consani, Yumi Nu, Joan Smalls, Anok Yai, Lily Aldrige, and more to come. 

Fans hope to see other iconic angels such as Bella Hadid, Kate and Lila Moss, Tyra Banks, and Alessandra Ambrosio, all of whom had returned for last year’s show.
